Free over 50's non-contact boxing sessions. These sessions are aimed at keeping over 50's active and healthy. Each participant is encouraged to push themselves but these classes are for all levels of fitness so there is always an option of easier or more difficult exercises available depending on the persons confidence/fitness levels.

All girls sports hub with a new sport every 6 weeks term time only. We are currently running indoor girls football along with our Duke of Edinburgh programme. We will be then moving onto Netball , rounders, dodgeball and basketball. We have previously completed Ice skating, Boxercise, rock climbing and horse riding. We will be returning to the outdoor sports in the summer time. We are running from Sharples sports hall every Saturday 11am - 12. Please contact prior to register.

Ricky's Club is a mens mental health and social group. The sessions are available to anyone who feels they need someone to talk to or if you don't feel up to talking yet you can just come down to sit in and listen.

It takes place at Elite Community Hub every 2 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9pm. 

It will then take place each 2 weeks after that. They are free to attend, non judgemental, with no pressure and no surprises! Just a group of guys with one mission - to try and help each other live a happier life.

The Duke of Edinubrgh Award consists of 4 catagories, physical, skills, volunteering and Expedition. We are offering the bronze award for the ages of 14-24 and we can accomadate all sections. We run various sessions over the weekends to ensure the young member completes the award. We provide mentors for the young members where needed. We have all boys and all girls sessions with bi-lingual staff. The Dofe runs from All Souls however we often go off site and outdoors to complete actvities. We are looking at completing our camping expediton June 2025. Be quick to register your place and join this years expedition.

Now happening every week, our walking group sets off from the St Paul's Community centre for a gentle walk in the local area. Normally the walk lasts 90-120mins, and is led by an experienced guide. The group is friendly and growing, you're welcome to join. They have also been on a few trips out to walk in other places together too.
